Matteo is a conductor, composer, and arranger from Liverpool.​ His works have been performed by amateur ensembles and school groups throughout the UK, including at the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, UniBrass competition, and the Camden Fringe. He co-founded and co-conducts the Equilibrium Symphony Orchestra, which premiered his composition Poseidon; Ruler of the Sea in May 2025.
